Our Hotel Desk is a resource for clients to make quick hotel room reservations for simple trips — when you know where you want to stay, and the expertise of a destination specialist isn’t needed.
World Citizen Travel Hotel Desk bookings receive special amenities through our preferred partner programs. After booking, we’ll ensure your travel preferences are communicated so that each hotel stay is seamless.
Hotel Desk FAQs
How do I book a hotel using the Res Desk?
Clients can book online via our Virtuoso Booking Portal, by emailing hello@worldcitizentravel.com, or by completing our hotel inquiry form.
When you’re ready to book your hotel online, click the “Book A Hotel” button above. You’ll be redirected to World Citizen Travel’s custom Virtuoso booking portal where you can enter your search criteria. To view rates and availability, select your preferred hotel from the search results. When you’re ready to confirm your booking, select the red “Book” button next to your selected room category.
If it is your first time using the Hotel Desk, you’ll be prompted to create an account. Otherwise, you can proceed to payment information. After entering your payment details and confirming your booking, you’ll receive an email with all booking details. World Citizen Travel will reach out to reconfirm your reservation and collect any additional information. You will receive Virtuoso amenities and VIP status with every Hotel Desk booking.
Please note that if it is your first time using the World Citizen Travel Hotel Desk, you can only create a Virtuoso account from a desktop or laptop computer.
What are the advantages of booking via the Res Desk?
Booking hotels via the Hotel Desk typically earns special amenities, including room upgrades, daily breakfast, welcome treats, and hotel credits (usually $100) at applicable properties. Additionally, each hotel reservation receives World Citizen Travel’s personal touch, as we ensure the hotel is aware of your travel needs and preferences.
What if I can’t find the hotel I had in mind on the portal?
If the specific hotel you have in mind isn’t listed or showing availability via the online portal, our Hotel Desk can be reached by emailing hello@worldcitizentravel.com during business hours (9:00am-4:30pm CST).
Why can’t I book Four Seasons hotels through the Res Desk?
Four Seasons properties are not available online, however you’ll definitely want to book via World Citizen Travel, as we are a Four Seasons Preferred Partner. Fill out our hotel inquiry form, call your advisor or email the hotel desk hello@worldcitizentravel.com for assistance.
