PLANNING AGREEMENT
Following our consultation, you’ll receive a planning agreement outlining scope and investment. Once confirmed, we begin the design phase.
Travel planning fees vary by advisor, trip complexity, and level of service.
JOURNEY DESIGN
We take what you’ve shared — how you want to feel, what this trip represents, the pace that suits you — and pair it with our firsthand destination knowledge and trusted global relationships.
We then shape the framework of your journey, carefully selecting hotels and experiences that reflect your preferences and support the overall design of the trip.
BOOKINGS
Once approved, we manage all reservations and coordinate directly with our partners to ensure your preferences are clearly communicated in advance.
Cancellation policies, deposit schedules, and payment timelines are organized and monitored on your behalf.
DIGITAL ITINERARY
Before you depart, your journey is delivered through our Tern platform, a beautifully organized digital itinerary accessible via web and mobile. Every confirmation, timing detail, and contact is housed in one place, so you never have to search for what you need.
Behind the scenes, hotels are reconfirmed, preferences reiterated, and final details reviewed so your arrival feels seamless.
